Brooklyn, NY (November 29, 2016) - Allette, a line of effortlessly chic nursing clothes, have launched their holiday party dresses as part of their Winter Collection.
“Speaking from experience, it’s hard around the holidays when you’re nursing”, claims Co-Founder, Celine Cohen, “you have family gatherings, holiday events, places to be, things to do, and you still want to look festive while being able to quickly and discreetly nurse when needed. That’s where the Sasha dress comes in! Sexy, versatile, cool. You’ll feel like your old self again!”.
The Sasha Dress, now part of the Brooklyn-made breastfeeding line, comes in Midnight and Indigo. The Indigo version is made of blue denim with a white damask print, while the Midnight is made of a deep blue faux suede. Both three-quarter sleeved styles include faux suede trims on the front pockets and neckline, as well as an exposed zipper in the back. Nursing access is done through the double-V in the front, which can be lowered to reveal a discrete nursing underlayer.
As always, the dress is made to perfectly flatter a postpartum body and is also easy to care for. Because, you know, breastfeeding. “We had fun with this dress, it’s the holidays, and we think breastfeeding mamas deserve their own party dress,” says Co-Founder, Oksana Pavlowsky, “and bonus, they’ll still want to wear it once they’ve weaned baby!”.

Allette is a line of effortlessly chic nursing clothes for cool mamas. The name itself is a play on the French word for breastfeeding, “allaiter”, and was founded by two Brooklyn moms in 2016. The idea to create stylish clothes for breastfeeding moms, whilst simple enough, has been revolutionary in the nursing clothing category. Co-Founders, Celine Cohen and Oksana Pavlowsky are out to prove that even when having just had a baby and nursing, women do not have to compromise on their sense of style. Stylish clothes that look good on a postpartum body and just so happen to have convenient and discreet nursing access best describe these Brooklyn-made dresses and tops.
