Brooklyn, NY (October 18, 2016) - Allette, a line of effortlessly chic nursing clothes has launched their much-anticipated Fall-Winter collection and advertising campaign. Following the success of their first Brooklyn-made collection earlier this year, Co-Founders, Celine Cohen and Oksana Pavlowsky, now offer a range of seasonal and stylish tops and dresses made with the breastfeeding mama in mind.
“We’re really going for it this time,” announces Co-Founder, Celine Cohen, “our summer collection was so well received that it further solidified our belief that there is a real need for more stylish and original nursing clothes.” The brand prides itself on designing nursing clothes that look nothing like nursing clothes. “We basically just design clothes we love and then figure out how to make them nursing accessible” offers Co-Founder, Oksana Pavlowsky. “That way she can wear them when she’s nursing but will still want to wear them when she’s done nursing.”
The result is fashion-forward dresses and tops with a twist. Each piece not only offers discreet nursing access, is made to perfectly flatter a postpartum body, but is also easy to care for. Because, you know, breastfeeding. The new collection has also taken an innovative approach to fabrics, nursing access and silhouettes. “We’ve really had fun with this one,” exclaims Oksana Pavlowsky, “we’re experimented with textures, colors, details and even how we integrate the nursing access”. Pieces include an A-line dress named Sasha in flowered denim or midnight faux suede and a sweater named Esther which comes in five different colors and textures including an orange and navy jacquard. “Every style is feminine with a hint of badass”, jokes Oksana Pavlowsky.
The brand, which launched this past June, has really created its own little movement . “It’s absolutely amazing” exclaims Celine Cohen, “we’ve had several high profile bloggers and Instagrammers wear our clothing, have been featured on TV, in press and receive multiple requests for collaborations regularly. We are thrilled.”
With breastfeeding having become such a topical issue these days, Allette offers a fresh outlook. “We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We really just want to help women look and feel beautiful during this special times in their lives by not having to compromise on their sense of style”. The new collection campaign further reinforces this promise with headlines like “From snuggle to soirée.” and “From playdate to premiere.”
Well, it’s working. Wear them when you’re nursing, wear them when you’re not. The new collection gives new moms a way to stay stylish during and after their nursing days.

Allette is a line of effortlessly chic nursing clothes for cool mamas. The name itself is a play on the French word for breastfeeding, “allaiter”, and was founded by two Brooklyn moms in 2016. The idea to create stylish clothes for breastfeeding moms, whilst simple enough, has been revolutionary in the nursing clothing category. Co-Founders, Celine Cohen and Oksana Pavlowsky are out to prove that even when having just had a baby and nursing, women do not have to compromise on their sense of style. Stylish clothes that look good on a postpartum body and just so happen to have convenient and discreet nursing access best describe these Brooklyn-made dresses and tops.
