Exchanges & Returns
We know things don’t always work out when we shop online. We’ve tried to make our returns process as simple as possible, but if you have any questions at all or think there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected].
A NOTE ON EXCHANGES:
Because we carry low inventory levels, we can not guarantee exchanges will always be possible. If you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, the safest way to ensure that we have what you need, is to place a new order online for the item you want, and return the unwanted item for a refund.
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.
- For US customers, please email [email protected] to request a prepaid return label or use your own prefered shipping method at your own expense. If you do this, we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please note that a reduced shipping & handling fee will still be applied to your return if you use your own shipping method.
- In the US, there is a $9.98 fee on all returns to cover shipping & handling. For customers returning items through their own shipping methods, the return handling fee is $5.98. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. Note all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- There is no shipping/handling fee on International orders (including Canada) because we can not, at this time, offer prepaid return labels. Just return items to us in their original packaging using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. We recommend using a delivery method with confirmation and/or shipping insurance. Note all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any original or new shipping costs are non refundable.
- Gift cards can not be returned for a refund.
- Items that have been washed, worn, damaged or returned dirty are not eligible for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or there may be a delay or rejection in the refund.
- Processing time for returns is between 5-7 days from the day we receive the package.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
- We will cover all shipping and processing costs if you received the wrong item or a defective item. Send us an email at [email protected]. And, sorry.
We reserve the right to refuse a full refund or exchange based on the returned condition of your item(s). By buying from Allette, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Unless otherwise specified, sale items are returnable.
- Items marked Final Sale are not returnable or exchangeable. No exceptions.
- Sale prices are not retroactive. If you buy something full price and it later goes on sale, we will not pay you back the price difference. If you buy something on sale and it's later deeper discounted, we will not pay you the price difference. That's just the way the cookie crumbles.
